Hello! I'm Teresa, and I live in central Iowa (Boone County, to be exact). I grew up on a hog & cattle farm in northern Iowa, right across the border from the Spam Capital of the World. (Look it up. It's a real place.) Now I travel across the state as a farm reporter. I like to discover small-town cafes and check out the state's bike trails. I'm obsessed with ice cream & Pizza Ranch. I'm a backyard gardener and collect Iowa cookbooks. I live in a 100-plus-year-old house in a continual state of home improvement. And I bake a lot. I mean a lot.
