I learne...The everbearing strawberries were great. I learned that it's best to water them with a all-purpose fertilizer every two weeks to promote blooming (and strawberry growth). Also, keep watering them through the summer, every day if the pot dries out in the heat. They will continue to set fruit through frost. My only complaint is that I didn't get very many strawberries, just one or two a day, or maybe six on a good day. The birds are attracted to the red fruit, too, so sometimes I pick them before they are all the way ripe.
